Returns and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Timeframe
Our refund and returns policy covers a period of 30 days from the date of product receipt. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.
Please note that the cost of shipping is not covered in our return policy and will not be refunded. We also do not refund the fees charged through PayPal.
Refunds for Small Packet Air Shipments to the USA
Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for products shipped to the USA using Small Packet Air. Unfortunately, we lack the means to track these shipments, limiting our ability to assist customers with any issues related to these orders.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A PayPal receipt is acceptable.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal Account within 5 days of receiving the returned product.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@soffithanger.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
